Have a restful week-end.Yvonne.
I grew up with a very industrious mother, always busy, determined not to waste a moment. Yet after working a very hard shift at the sewing mill, she would take a brief nap on the couch. She'd say, "I just need to lie down for fifteen minutes." And she would go to sleep. True to her word, fifteen minutes later she would pop up and go back to full speed. I've developed a different pattern. I can do a quick nap and be fully rfreshed like she could but I have stopped the fast pace during the ret of the day. And I often pause for a moment of respite, taking time to center myself and appreciate the moment. Rest is a lovely thing!
